The hotel had delicious breakfasts with hot options.

The housekeeper's room has no refrigerator, which is extremely inconvenient.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the historical part and in a nice area. the room was beautifully designed with a modern feel, complete with a cozy fireplace and a super comfortable bed.

I really appreciated the hotel design, not only in the lobby, but in the guestroom. Beautiful, tasteful and classy. Breakfast was also great. Lot's of variety. Good location for business and shopping.

When we asked for an internet password we were told that we would have to pay and additional 140 swedish crowns per day for internet connection. This hardly seemed appropriate for a modern hotel and I have never encountered it otherwise. They told us if we had booked directly with them we wouldn't have to pay that charge, but because we used a booking service there was an additional charge. Regardless, I thought it was bad.

We enjoyed the location but above that the staff were so friendly and helpful. Congrats to them all.

The room is beautifully decorated with a generous size bathroom. the staff is professional at all levels. - There is a wide range of freshly made food for breakfast. - Offers a perfect and nice location in a good area.

This Hotel is very clean comfortable and relaxing and even though it is pretty central its also quiet at night. Also the reception staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Overall i think this is a lovely hotel.

On the night we arrived we were given a single bedroom even though i had booked a double and when i went to reception to switch rooms, we were told very rudely by the night staff all other rooms were full and tough! I did not appreciate his uncaring and extremely rude attitude. The next morning the regular staff were at reception and gave us a superior double room and were full of apologies for the saga the night before and rectified the situation with ease and courtesy.

Hansson Hotel: nicely renovated lobby absolutely doesn't reflect the rest of the hotel. Rooms are very poor; especially the bath rooms are far below the level the hotel claims to have!!!

Breakfast is truly outstanding. Very large choice of excellent food, which is in addition changing from day to day. The reception/lobby of the hotel is very cosy and beautiful.

Hotel - apart from its lobby/reception/breakfast room - definitly needs renovation. In the rooms, furniture is falling apart. Walls and ceilings need profound renovation, not only re-painting. Probably back to mid-20th century, rooms were really beautiful, but it was a long time ago!
